If Saturn represents delay, hard work and perseverance, here it would mean that person will get results after further delay, hard work and perseverance. In whichever house it is falling, person may need to put efforts almost lifelong to get results. If they don’t show perseverance then expecting any result would be a far-cry. Understand that Saturn is a cold planet and Aries is a fire sign. So, even the elemental energy is in conflict. Relationship matters of that particular house should better be forgotten. Only hope is long distance relationship. As I said, in matters like education and career, the results will come after immense hard work and delay. Good thing is that in this process, person will naturally become a very hard working person because nothing will happen in his life without hard work.

As Saturn is debilitated, they can be law-breaker also. In medicine, they can be a Veterinarian.
