Mars-Jupiter Conjunction.

Mars-Jupiter Conjunction.

Today, Mars-Jupiter Conjunction.

Let's 1st understand what these planets represent on their own?

Mars - Mars represents our will power, courage, ability to take actions, aggressive nature, anger, our fighting ability, brother, male friends, a boy friend for a girl, a soldier, an athlete and real estate etc.

Jupiter - It is the most benefic planet and it represents all the auspicious things like Knowledge, Wisdom, Law, Guru, Spirituality, Religion, Philosophy, Literature, Elderly People and Children etc. For a girl, Jupiter also represents Husband.

House Ruler - Besides these karaka things, Mars & Jupiter will also rule some houses in your chart and will represent things related to that house. Of course we can't cover conjunctions Ascendant and house wise else it will never be over. So, you have to include those things at the time of interpreting this conjunction. Also, we need to keep in mind all Yogas and Raj-Yogas which their conjunction would be making to completely understand the conjunction. Here, we can only cover meaning as per karakas.

Meaning of Mars-Jupiter Conjunction - This is one very good conjunction to have as Mars & Jupiter are best friends. Jupiter is Wisdom and Mars is Action. So, Wisdom and Action of person have cooperation, which is a great thing. Jupiter is Spirituality and Mars is seen as Action. So, this conjunction is seen as one where person likes to put actions in Spiritual aspect of life. They will be very much interested in going on Pilgrimages or spend time in Meditation or Yoga. This conjunction gives a person the courage to fight or defend his beliefs. So, if a person has wrong idea of Religion or Spirituality or God, then this person can become a fundamentalist. Even if person has right idea, even then person will have an almost soldier like attitude to defend his beliefs. Normally, we see that people plan-out their daily routines for Spiritual Pursuits but then never follow that. But this person will follow it like a task in hand. Jupiter will further expand the courage of Mars and Mars will take actions for Jupiter. That's how they are cooperating and it is a great conjunction to have. They will even approach Education very competitively. They will always try to be ahead of others in matters of education. Actually, Mars is Energy. So, in the end it depends on Jupiter's placement and dignity to see how this conjunction will behave. If Jupiter is placed well, then person will have right values & beliefs and Mars' energy will go in acquiring, defending and fighting for those right beliefs. If Jupiter is not well placed then person can have wrong or fundamentalist beliefs and then Mars' energy will go in defending and fighting for those fundamentalist beliefs. These people can be very argumentative and it is hard to win in debate with them as they will approach even debate like War. Likewise, they can have disagreements and disputes with their Teachers as they feel that they know better.

Who will win the Conjunction? - Jupiter will, because Mars' energy is working as per the dignity and condition of Jupiter. If Jupiter is well-placed then Mars will be a good soldier with Wisdom on his side. Else Mars' energy can be utilized in defending wrong and fundamentalist beliefs.

Dignity & Strength

This conjunction will create Neech Bhang Raaj Yoga in Cancer & Capricorn. This yoga helps in professional life but not of much help in personal life. So, if this conjunction is in Cancer then Mars related things will hurt in personal life as Mars will be debilitated. If this conjunction is in Capricorn then Jupiter related things will hurt in personal life as Jupiter will be debilitated. But in professional life, they both will cooperate.

This conjunction is best in Aries, Leo, Scorpio, Sagittarius and Pisces as both will be in great strength & dignity.

In Taurus, Gemini, Virgo, Libra and Aquarius, both are in enemy sign. So, wisdom of Jupiter and Actions of Mars can be misdirected in these signs.

Hope this helps. Please post any comment or query you may have.
