Let’s look at important things here –
Saturn - It is all that which we don't like in our life. Saturn is Delay, Frustration, Restriction, Limitation and Anxiety. It is people of Authority, like Boss at your Work Place or Father-Figure at Home. Saturn is our Karmic Debt from past-life. Saturn is the things we didn't treat too well in our past life. Saturn is our Challenges and Lessons of life. Saturn is Old-Age, Teeth/Bones in Human Body, Diseases, Changes etc. Saturn represents our Step-Relations, it means that wherever Saturn sits, people related with that house give us Step Treatment. Saturn is Hard Work, Efforts and most importantly Perseverance etc. Nothing comes easy and in one go with Saturn. You have to work hard continuously over the longest possible period of life. Saturn makes a person Legend as Legends have one thing in common that they choose one field and work hard in it for whole life.

Capricorn is the 10th sign of zodiac belt, hence it represents many things related with 10th house of horoscope like Law and Order, Government, Authority, Organisation, Discipline etc. Besides it also represents World outside your home and people, Fear and Anxiety etc. Capricorn is consisted of next 2 and half Nakshatra, i.e. Uttar-Ashadha, Shravana and Dhanishtha. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and that's why it represents Fear and Anxiety.

Houses Involved – Also, we can’t afford to forget the houses involved as a planet can be ruling different houses and sitting in different house for every person as per ascendant and planet’s position. To know overall affect, we have to consider the houses involved as those areas of life are being impacted.
Generic Results of Saturn - Lots of things change in life with Saturn. Hence, many things will change with Saturn in different nakshatras. As Saturn represents delay, hard work and perseverance, it shows that whichever nakshatra it is placed in, Saturn will give results with hard work, delay and perseverance. With Saturn, it doesn’t matter if he is in friendly sign/nakshatra or enemy sign/nakshatra. Saturn represents either challenges or even more challenges anywhere. It can never be convenient or pleasant in any house/sign positions, not even in exaltation. Another generic thing will be Saturn’s results in relationship matters. Saturn is a cold or harsh planet. In any house/sign/nakshatra, Saturn would show that people related with that house will give person a very harsh or cold treatment. In romantic relations, Saturn will just suck the pleasure factor away and relationship life can be very dry and cold. People say that after 35 Saturn gives better results but I feel that it is not that Saturn will bring better results but we realize our limitations in life till 30-35 years of age and we understand that what we can expect in life and what we cannot. With this background, let’s understand Saturn in various nakshatras.
Interpretation of Saturn in Uttara Ashadha Nakshatra – Saturn is here in nakshatra of great enemy Sun. In Sagittarius sign, it is in neutral sign whereas in Capricorn, it is in own sign. Uttara Ashadha is nakshatra of ambition and authority. Saturn there, means that someone would have to work really hard and show perseverance to get authority and recognition in life. Their authority will grow very slowly. They are ambitious but those ambitions will be fulfilled later in life. In initial life and career, they can go through lots of ego hurt. They can have lots of ego conflicts with authority figures, either at home or at work.
As Saturn, Sun and Capricorn all represent government and law, career with Government or Law can be a potential possibility. But again, it will require hard work and perseverance to gain any authority in this field. In Sagittarius section, they can be in academics and knowledge sharing. In Capricorn section, they can be in administrative role.
In relationship matter, Saturn-Sun combination will create long term ego clashes with partner. Both persons in relationship need to learn how to let-go of their ego and sustain their relationship.
Role of Sun – Sun placement is important to guide Saturn in right direction as it is lord of Uttara Ashadha
Role of Jupiter – Jupiter’s placement is important to guide Saturn in right direction as it is lord of Sagittarius.
Role of Saturn – As we are trying to interpret Saturn only, we need not to see Saturn’s position separately being Capricorn lord.
Other Factors – And of course, we need to consider conjunction, aspects, house lordship, house position and dashas etc to know the exact results of Saturn in Uttara Ashadha. So, we always need to take a holistic view of chart rather than just 1 planetary position.
Conclusion – So, this is how I see Saturn in Uttara Ashadha can work in a chart.
Hope this helps. Please post any comment or query you may have.
